The Samsung Q1, a Samsung tablet meant for a older Windows OS, but it can be upgraded to 8.
So far NO official tablet for windows 8 but keep your head up.

On a side note, is there a NOT tethered Jail Brake for IOS6?

like most people know the new Windows 8 tablet is coming out, the main question is "Is it worth to upgrade?"

No, it is meant for tablets so on your desktop/Pc it isn`t the smartest chose, though it dose have a desktop WITHOUT a Start menu as seen in this picture.


The main size will be about 10 in. but a 7" might be coming in response to the Ipad Mini,and the Kindle Fire series, and Nexus 7. The 7" is only a rumor now, X-box smart glass could be another Microsoft 7" tablet

Parental controls How to pass on Kindle.

Here is how to pass, ALL parental controls on the kindle fire. 

1. On a computer go to http://www.1mobile.com/go-launcher-ex-86836.html

   or go to http://f.1mobile.com/1mobile/personalization/go_launcher_ex_v3.16_544.apk for a direct download.

2. Transfer the .apk file onto your device.

3. Check the box in settings, "Allow installations of 3rd party apps."

3. Install the .apk on your device.

4. Laugh about it.

Parental controls, my story.

I have done it!!

I have beaten amazon (again). The parental controls on a 1st gen. Kindle fire, not HD but it may work on a HD one too.

It all started with checking "Allow installation from 3rd party apps."
Then I got 1 Mobile Market for all the apps that amazon shelters, from the app store.
In one mobile I clicked on a launcher called "Go launcher EX" and was given a Android like interface.
It wasn`t to my personal preference but I saved the .apk for later.
Well, later was closer than in thought so i re-installed it and the launcher overrides the parental controls.

And well here we are go launcher EX, no restrictions.
