• Been a punching bag for Start Menu lovers
• The Surface RT and RT in general (Except for  Surface RT Pro.) Suck
• Start Screen Flaws
• Settings app not that good
• Store updates get you angry
• Wait, why am I telling you about this 
• There are tons of blogs about the flaws in Windows 8

Windows 8.1 Release copy

Pros

• Start Button!
• Start Screen improvements 
• New "My Computer" screen
• Now can split  50/50 on apps
• 3 Apps at once
• New Search
• New built in apps/Updated the old ones
• Swipe down on the start screen

Cons

• Just a button, NO start menu
• New "My Computer" screen
• 3 apps at once isn't that good/sometimes doesn't work on small screens 
• New Search
